Bribery Master Class
To explore the Bribery Act 2010 in terms of its responsibilities and liabilities and examine the behaviours and decisions of individuals at an operational level and the impact of those choices. The Bribery Act 2010 will come into force in April 2011. The act makes no distinction between Public and Private bribery and introduces offences of offering a bribe, taking a bribe and failing to prevent bribery.
