Course Description
Industry Standard Qualification endorsed by Vodafone, MTN, Digicel, Neural Technologies and Meucci-Solutions. This qualification is the continuation of the original GSMA Fraud qualification, within this course you will learn the fundamentals of mobile telecommunications fraud and counter measures. Four study modules are provided covering Fraud Identification, Profiling, Analysing and Assessing Fraud Risks.
