Course Description
A course for law enforcement officers working with Communications Data during major investigations.

Who should Attend
All personnel making applications for communications data via their Single Point of Contact (SPOC) under the provisions of Part 1 Chapter II of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA) and all personnel involved with using communications data to assist with investigations. For example, major incident staff, analysts, intelligence staff, senior investigating officers (SIO’s), investigators.
