Course Description
A course for designated person required to access communications data within crime investigations.
Who should Attend
Designated Persons’ are senior managers who are responsible for authorising notices and authorisations for the acquisition of communications data. These managers will hold specified offices within their organisations but will not necessarily be familiar with the SPOC environment.
